Refund Policy

  1. Warranty and Return Request

Tranquo offers a 30-day warranty (after delivery) on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send your return request to support@tranquo.com.

  1. Refund Policy Refund Conditions: Requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your item, we will send you an email confirming the refund approval within 7 business days. If approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  1. Incorrect Address Provided

If you provided an incorrect address, the options are:

Reshipment: We will send a new invoice with the additional shipping cost. Refund: We guarantee a 100% refund if the product cannot be delivered.

If delivery is refused and the product returns to our warehouse, we guarantee a refund.

  1. Defective Products

If your product is defective within 30 days:

To receive a 100% refund + return label, please send a photo or video of the defect.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 30 days after delivery:

Exchange fee: Free.

  1. Delayed or Unprocessed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay in processing. Reach out to your bank to confirm processing times.
